How does the free warranty work?
We are confident in the quality of our repairs, so we back every repair with a free lifetime warranty.
Will I be able to return my computer in the event it doesn't work?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the repair within the 60 day period, you will be able to get a refund.
How quickly will you ship my computer?
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to repair your core once it has been received at our facility. Please allow 1-3 additional business days for delivery.
What if it can't be repaired?
It's rare, but it happens. If we can't save your unit, every dollar you paid is applied to a rebuilt replacement — you'd pay for that replacement either way, so there's no downside to trying the repair first. Worst case, you end up exactly where you started.
How can I pay?
We have a variety of ways you can pay. You can pay With Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept Western Union, or you can send us a check or money order to the address below:
